Where to start. .

Both stores I go to in my area are the best and to me.have great customer service. I live in Pensacola and go to store on Creighton and the Superduper center on Pensacola Blvd.. Bakeryand bread products are beyond fresh and good. The Marketside Brioche breads like Vanilla and Cinnamonare a treat.

The brioche slider rolls are great for a small sandwich and are very soft and chewyI had a Marketside Chicken ranch pizza made with flatbread I really am surprised so many things are this good . The Marketside meals with chicken or pork or meatloaf are wonderful.

My favorite things of all are the small cups of cheesecake either plain with a cinnamon crust Or the turtle topping. The cheesecake is a mousse and again a well kept secret as when I teak my friends they hadnt seen them.

I purchased a Caesar salad kit and a bag of hearts of romaine on April 25th 2023. I sent an email on April 26th 2023 and again the end of May because I hadn't heard back from Walmart about the defective lettuce.

I sent pictures of what was in the bags. The best used by date was May 2nd 2023. There were seven of the cut off ends of the remain hearts in the Caesar salad kit, black, mushy romaine in the bag as well. The pictures showed everything as proof I also sent a picture of my receipt to show the date and what I purchased.

I asked for a refund for the two items that were bad and still haven't heard back. The Caesar salad kit was $4.98 and the hearts of romaine was $2.98 plus tax that I have to pay at 8.350% and tax three is 0.250%! I would have appreciated a full refund plus tax.
Just a few minutes ago on June 5th 2023 I called the 888 number and was speaking to a representative who put me on a brief hold and then after 4 minutes it cut over to leaving a survey about how my experience was with the representative. She never came back on the line, I guess she hit the wrong button and hung up on me I don't know.

But I do know I want this resolved and I'm not sure where else to go to get it resolved and get my refund!
$4 98 + $2.98 + tax ( 8.350% & .250%).

I purchased one bag of the family size Caesar salad kit 17.8 oz and one bag of the hearts of romaine 10 oz on April 25th to be used for our Secretary's Day luncheon on April 26th. When I opened the bags of the salad kit & hearts of romaine, I wasn't happy with the quality of what was inside. These are the same bags I purchased every time we have a luncheon but I've never received this much waste & bad lettuce in the bags The bags were both "best if used by: May 2, 2023" also.
I'm attaching photos of what was inside the bags...bad, black, rotten pieces & the 7 cut off ends even, not just 1 cut end, but 7 of them! And also a photo of my receipt.
I paid $4.98 for the family size Caesar kit & $2.98 for the romaine hearts plus tax @ Wal Mart (I wasn't sure what the tax was on those 2 items since there is 2 different taxes listed on the receipt.

I would appreciate a refund for the money I spent on those 2 items plus tax.
